Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic B2B sales plans that expand company’s customer base and ensure its growth
  • Generate leads of potential customers, understand their order placement strategies and their decision makers and decision-making processes
  • Present, promote and sell products and services to prospective clients
  • Finalize and close deals to achieve sales targets within schedule
  • Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Build, manage and coach sales and account management teams to ensure meeting targets
  • Conduct market research, competitor and customer analyses
  • Analyze sales trends and results to determine areas of improvement and inventory requirements
  • Submit timely reports to Management including results and recommendation for enhancing performance
  • Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless flow of work

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Great command of Microsoft Excel and CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
