Job Description

  • Manage the facility & administration team to achieve operational objectives.
  • Manage office building ancillary support services & provide general administrative support.
  • Manage & coordinate company events.
  • Managing employee’s health insurance files & company mobile lines
  • Negotiating contract terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Manage company transportation & security service providers.
  • Manage the company’s drivers and company car maintenance & license renewals according to the schedule.
  • Responsible for the company's rented premises, and apartments in terms of contracts, rent, facilities, furniture…etc.
  • Responsible for local stationery purchases, equipment, supplies, and other company business-related purchases.
  • Organize and coordinate corporate travel, accommodation & visa issuing. 
  • Organizing visitors’ accommodation & transportation.
  • Prepare the annual department budget.
  • Responsible for receiving invoices & invoices settlements.
  • Provide regular reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a related university
  • Very good or excellent English
  • 2:5 years of Experience in the same role
  • Proficient user of Microsoft office
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Negotiation skills 
  • Preferably 6th of October resident
