The Role
We are hiring an experienced Social Media & Growth Execution Specialist to work on-site from our Nasr City office.
This role requires proven, hands-on experience growing real business social media accounts and turning visibility into engagement and customer actions. This is not an entry-level role and not suitable for candidates without real execution experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating and publishing social media content using Canva
Managing consistent Facebook and Instagram posting
Applying hashtag strategies and platform growth tactics
Increasing followers, reach, and engagement
Publishing Google Business Profile posts and updates
Supporting approved Facebook & Google Ads execution
Writing short, conversion-focused captions
Updating tasks and progress in Trello
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts
Demonstrated follower and engagement growth
Strong, practical Canva skills with real examples
Hands-on experience using hashtags and growth tactics
Working experience with Google Business Profile
Basic working knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads
Reliable, structured, and results-focused working style

Working Conditions
Sunday to Thursday
Fixed working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-site role based in Nasr City
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media execution or digital marketing roles
- Experience managing real business social media accounts (not personal pages)
- Demonstrated ability to grow followers, reach, and engagement
- Strong practical experience using Canva for social media content
- Hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram posting
- Working familiarity with Google Business Profile
- Basic working knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Ability to write short captions that support engagement and conversion
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in an office-based, structured, and fast-paced environment
