ARX Real Estate Development is seeking skilled and motivated Architectural and Structural BIM Engineers to join our dynamic Technical Office team in New Damietta. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing and reviewing technical drawings, and coordinating between disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects in compliance with company and project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.
Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model integration and consistency.
Perform Clash Detection and coordinate resolutions across disciplines.
Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and support in technical submittals.
Create renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for design reviews and client meetings.
Ensure all drawings and models comply with project specifications, codes, and company BIM standards.
Develop and maintain BIM templates, libraries, and documentation workflows.
Participate in design coordination meetings and support technical issue resolution.
Contribute to implementing and improving BIM workflows and best practices within the Technical Office.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
BIM Diploma is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM within consulting or contracting companies.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Dynamo is an advantage.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and structural systems (concrete & steel).
High attention to detail, strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
