New Employee Communication:

Reach out to new hires before their start date to provide essential information and answer any questions they may have to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Coordination:

Coordinate with relevant departments, including HR, to prepare for the arrival of new employees and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Ensure training notifications are sent, training rooms are booked, and all necessary arrangements are made in coordination with the administrative team to deliver high-quality training sessions.

New Hire Orientation Program:

Deliver onboarding sessions for new employees, covering company background, culture, values, policies, and procedures.

Address any questions and provide guidance to help new employees integrate quickly and effectively into the workplace.

Training Documentation:

Complete all required training forms (attendance sheets, training evaluations, etc.) in compliance with training policies and quality standards.

Maintain accurate and organized records, both in paper and digital formats.

Training Content Development:

Continuously update and improve the orientation materials to ensure new hires can easily adapt and integrate into the company environment.
