Director for the Center of Imaging and Microscopy (CIM)

Zewail City of Science, Technology and Innovation is hiring a Director for the Center of Imaging and Microscopy (CIM).

The successful candidate is expected to establish an independent and active research track and lead the Center of Imaging and Microscopy to establish the CIM as a nationally and internationally recognized research center in ultrafast spectroscopy and 4D electron microscopy. The successful candidate is expected to teach courses at the related programs within the university of science and technology for graduate and/or undergraduate level according to his/her area of specialty. Additionally, the successful applicant is expected to secure extramural funds to support the CIM activities and to contribute actively towards the different academic administrative responsibilities.
