Job Description
LEAP is looking for a Curriculum Specialist to join our Education team. The role involves developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for preschoolers and enhancing the overall curriculum. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality instruction and support teacher development.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, review, and update the Early Years Foundation Stage program.
Plan and conduct workshops, conferences, and teacher training sessions.
Research, evaluate, and order new curriculum materials, supplies, and equipment.
Collect data and assist in reporting to evaluate curriculum success.
Conduct orientation and training for newly hired teachers.
Monitor and support the overall progress and development of all teachers.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education)
Experience: 0–1 year in a similar role
Skills:
Strong command of English
Persuasive and negotiation skills
Other: Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Location: Across Branches (New Cairo – Madinaty)
