Job Description
- Resolve issues escalated by Contact Center and different reported Channels
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk
- Provide 1st level of Support.
- Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses
- Co-develop IT policies and practices
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (Backend developers, Development manager, QA engineer, Product Owners) oriented to continuous delivery
- Work across the entire product life cycle: concept, design, development, deployment, testing, release, support
- Construct and verify (unit test) software components to meet design specifications
- Follow up regular upgrades for all software/hardware and applications.
- Installation for all new software and application for external/ internal projects
- Low level design and Solution documentation for internal and external projects.
- Perform new services POC for internal customers
- Participate in service failover testing.
- Manage and document system configurations.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems
- Monitor network infrastructure and systems functionality.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
- Very good command in English language speaking and writing.
- Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis
- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
