Job Objective
To hire a secretary with strong organizational and communication skills to support the team with administrative tasks, from managing schedules and correspondence to preparing price offers.
Responsibilities
- Organizing executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Handling phone calls and emails.
- Writing and preparing price offers when required.
- Managing documents and reports.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Make travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
