Job Description
- Make the required architectural amendments and changes as per the instructions
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Matching the contractual drawings with what is executed on site.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Carry out architectural concept design for several projects.
- Produce architectural & presentation detailed drawings

- Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
- Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works.
- Follow-up on the deliveries and invoicing of these permanent materials. Anticipate standard solutions and take initiative and make suggestions, you challenge prevailing assumptions.
- Plan, organize and prioritize own work, you seek confirmation of priorities when confronted with unusual situations, and you report on the state of affairs.
- Demonstrate responsibility and ownership and report spontaneously to your manager. Summarize data in a logical way and you check whether your own observations or interpretations are correct.
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
- Identifies process improvement needs for the Architecture maintenance function, ensuring customer needs are efficiently met.
- Work on the effective and efficient delivery of the community maintenance services, including; community maintenance, and extra work
- Ensures availability of maintenance service for the destination and its community.
- Oversees maintenance and repair requests ensuring adequate service level is provided as per approved policies and procedures and standards.
- Estimating maintenance costs and confirming these costs with the direct manager.
- Performing emergency repairs as requested in timely manner.
- Monitor inventory and maintain a good stock for any upcoming requests.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Architecture Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Professional in AutoCAD and rivet
- Design Knowledge in HVAC, Pluming and Firefighting. (Is a must)
- capability to move between sites
- capability to review all designs and follow up its progress on sites.
- Capability to prepare BOQs sheet.
- Very good knowledge MS Office applications (word, excel, power point, etc.…).
- Very good Presentation skill and communication skills.
