Job Description
- Multinational company is seeking an assistant warehouse manager. Candidate will be responsible of all warehouse operation, shipping, prepare shipping documents, control inventory,…
- Stock Keeping and Stock Control.
- Warehouse operations (Inbound & Outbound, and Storage)
- Reviewing all the stored documents, verifying their authenticity, and completing their signatures.
- Follow up the work of the daily balances of the warehouses, total production, raw materials and labels.
- Ensuring that all required reports from raw materials and labels are sent to the concerned authorities.
- Following up on the arrangement of cars for transporting products by assigning its direct manager what will be supplied.
- Making financial dues for drivers and preparing their statements.
- Daily and detailed customer report.
- Supervising the warehouse cleanliness and passing it continuously.
- Follow up the organization and arrangement of the spare parts store.
- Make a sudden inventory on an ongoing basis, almost daily, on the products.
- Make a report of the tuning of the store and send it to all departments.
- Follow-up to ensure that warehouse documents reach the relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Follow-up of the continuous matching process between stores and financial management.
- Carry out the work of any storekeeper or watcher in the event that none of them is present due to leave conditions or absence.
- Perform the tasks of the warehouse manager in the event of his absence, according to written assignments that are performed
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have a fair knowledge of English
- Candidate must be presentable
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Dynamic
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & ERP Experience).
- Preferably living in or near 10th of Ramadan
- Previous experience with SAP system or relevant ERP will be an advantage.
