Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Job Requirements
- Proven track record in managing and delivering tech products
- Experience in leading and mentoring tech teams
- Strong technical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior and management positions
- Familiarity with technology stack such as React and NodeJs
