Job Description
- Review and identify the client’s requirements
- Responsible for internal processing of RFQs.
- Update the proposal control register insuring timely submission.
- Maintain and Control Opportunities and Quotes in the database system
- Work closely with Technical /Delivery /Engineering / Contracts/Site service / Projects/ and Finance to collate their necessary inputs for Bid Preparation.
- Prepare the pricing of the bids as per the set bidding strategy by the Proposal Manager.
- Ensure that the products offered are value engineered by the technical team.
- Work with the client for any technical/commercial clarifications prior to bid submission
- Prepare the commercial and technical Bid package in line with the client’s requirements for the Proposal Manager / Director’s approval.
- Prepare bi-weekly reports on Bids submitted and maintain the status Ensure that the received RFQs are properly logged in the database system
- Ensure that all the sales Quotations and orders are processed through the system
- Review the purchase orders and ensure that the prices and other commitments are in line with the final agreement for the proposal manager’s review.
- Prepare the sales order and process through Pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge of proposal writing /process is preferable.
- From 2-3 years experience in related field.
- Capacity to analyze information and attention to detail.
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Good user of Microsoft office and database systems
- Ability to interact with clients through emails/phone calls
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Language proficiency in English is required
