Job Description
- Clearly define the scope of managed operations
- Participate in definition and ensure consistent execution of operational procedures
- Pick up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents
- Realization of tasks
- Monitoring and regular data back-up of systems
- Approve, create, manage, maintain IT continuity plans
- Administrate and manage user identity and access to IT systems
- Implement & ensure security protection
- Manage the aspects and maintain the measures for reliability of environmental factors
- Implement and maintains new /existing system and advice users on the efficient Utilization of computer system.

- Provide permanent IT solutions
- Provide coverage and support for Network operations and Information Technology
- Monitor and maintain District servers.
- Analyze log files and investigate and correct or record errors that are discovered.
- Monitor district server and data backup processes.
- Work with systems for endpoint device management. Includes software distribution, updates,
- Patching virus protection, and imaging.
- Develop and maintain scripts and programs that automate repetitive tasks and data transfer in the Network Operations Center.
- Clearly document features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for self-produced
- Ensure that help desk tickets are closed or escalated promptly.
- Ensure regularly scheduled technical tasks are accomplished on time.
- Research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge.
- Undertakes other tasks and duties which may be assigned by IT Manager or IT Principle systems Engineer.
- Regular communication with all departments’ knowledge of potential problems to minimize the effect if any.
- Product liability and safety.
- Monitor and maintain key performance measure e.g. monitor helpdesk calls respond and tome every call.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of network and related hardware components.
- Strong knowledge of active directory, exchange, DHCP, DNS and various server functions.
- Candidates with related certifications like A+, N+, Server+, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA and VMware vSphere, etc would be given higher priority.
- Very Good Communication skills.
- Multi Tasks oriented.
- Team Player.
