Job Description
- Understand end-user requirements and align production for predictable customer deliveries.
- Rethink IT and digital ecosystems to help the business product manager/team adopt new technologies to stay ahead in an evolving customer-driven environment.
- Deploy leading industry insights and design-led thinking to help the business product manager/team plan and implement transformational solutions that drive tangible business value.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of all related Mini-cash solution for daily, monthly, and long-term plans.
- Work closely with business teams to understand and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations, and technology to implement action plans.
- Provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders for managing the Mini-cash solution.
- Participate and contribute to the Mini-cash solution implementation and end-user training.
- Drive requirements gathering user workshops, document use cases, create user stories, and design workflow processes.
- Design and develop an enterprise solution for Loan origination and Collection Management automating and the reengineered business rules.
- Manage the Mini-cash team to achieve key business results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience: from 8 to 10 years.
- Follow Microfinance technology’s trends.
- Knowledge of loan and collection management.
- Microsoft SQL & Analysis Tools.
- Experience in vendor management.
