Job Description
· Develop new business opportunities and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
· Build a Business strategic Plan.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
· Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry.
· Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition.
· Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead the process through contract signature and achieving sales targets.
· Promote the company’s products/services.
· Enhance the digital customer experience, execute customers’ onboarding & their order
fulfillment.
· Analyze data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights.
· Manage relationships with customers/partners and ensure seamless end-to-end integration of
the e-commerce business.
· Identify potential partnership opportunities by researching the market/industry and keeping a
close eye on key developments in the region.
· Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of
opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging a professional
network.
· Through market research develop forward-thinking, creative marketing strategies aimed at
generating leads, growing sales, and driving revenue.
· Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business.
Job Requirements
· Experience in e-commerce is a must.
· Previous Experience in launching e-commerce is a must.
· BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field.
· 3-5 years of experience in sales ,account management and project management .
· Very good communication skills.
· Good command of English.
