Job Description

  • Acquiring and developing new business accounts and review sales proposals for clients.
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
  • Selling company's products and/or services by bidding on projects.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, working towards market share increase for various Lighting industry applications. 
  • Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.
  • Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
  • Take necessary actions to achieve the annual sales target.
  • Holds deep knowledge of our company products, systems and services.
  • Monitoring competitors move as well as major trends and shifts in consumer and customer behavior and reporting accordingly potential findings to the Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for achieving and tracking the volume targets for key items and/or product lines as per the annual objectives .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience preferably in the Lighting industry.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Presentation skills.
  • Must own a car
