Job Description
- Control and follow up the Sampling, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Q.C Section.
- Review the weekly order.
- Capable to supervise, guiding, controlling, and motivating the workers.
- Capable to handle complete sewing garments all Activities.
- Well experienced in quality garments.
- Ability to follow up the maintenance of Garments Machines, tools, and other Equipment.
- Capable to supervise, guide, control and motivate the workers.
- Operation wise hourly production & price knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions covering specific areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.
- Any other works as and when required by the management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relative Major
- 5+ years’ experience in women’s wear production
- Good command of English skills (internal use)
- Good computer skills and basic applications such as Microsoft.
- Good knowledge with production system.
