Responsibilities:
- Contact clients and attend meetings.
- Making quality control phone calls to ensure the client satisfaction.
- Managing clients requests if needed via phone or Email.
- Prepare a database of leads to identify potential clients and offer them our services and solutions.
- Capturing client requirements, preparing proposals and winning new contracts.
- Managing the Finance and HR modules through the company systems (ERP and CRM).
- Monitoring internal team and making recruitment if needed.
- Follow up on customer balances.
- Prepare reports to the CEO.
