Job Description
- Work closely with the People Lead to design and implement overall recruiting strategies
- Establish recruiting requirements
- Work closely with the executive team to identify hiring priorities and build job descriptions and personas of digital professionals
- Gather candidate and employee experience feedback
- Build and shortlist sourcing channels to attract top talent and manage relationships with talent vendors
- Help candidates understand unique value that our digital unit offers them
- Act as community member through hackathons, meetups, conferences and manage from A to Z
- Run referrals program to attract employee referrals
- Run continual batch recruiting days for fast track recruiting
- Explore channels such as job advertisements, relationships with universities, tech meet-ups and conferences
- Remain current on external talent pools, talent personas, salary levels and other trends
- Identify applicant competencies and assessment needs for varied roles
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills and experiences
- Ensure structured interview process is widely adopted and communicated and conduct interview process with quick turnaround time
- Manages salary negotiations, job offer and onboarding of new hires
- Manages incentive and profit share calculations with compensation and benefit team
- Maintain employee relations and reward them Identify training needs and work closely with capability team in implementing training sessions and seminars
Job Requirements
- 3 years' experience specifically recruiting for digital roles
- Undergraduate degree in fields such as Human Resource Management, People management, Organizational Design etc.
- Strong people skills Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction and making quick decisions
- Strong in administration and process management
- Deep understanding of digital Talent Management strategies and familiar with sourcing on digital platforms like Github, Behance
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working
- Strong interest in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends and savvy enough to “talk shop” with technical people
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checking etc.)
