Job Description

  • Track and maintain fixed asset ledger by coordinating with Technology and Accounts Payable. Prepare schedules for reporting of fixed assets
  • Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management
  • Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements, budgets
  • Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings
  • Prepare monthly reporting package, including comparative reports of GAAP operating results and financial position and variance explanations.
  • Assist in preparing annual audited financial statements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. IFRS. Diploma  is a plus.
  • Strong technical accounting background.
  • At least five years general ledger accounting experience is required
  • Strong Excel and database skills, Access experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player and have ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
  • AX. financial application experience preferred
