Job Description
- Track and maintain fixed asset ledger by coordinating with Technology and Accounts Payable. Prepare schedules for reporting of fixed assets
- Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management
- Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements, budgets
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings
- Prepare monthly reporting package, including comparative reports of GAAP operating results and financial position and variance explanations.
- Assist in preparing annual audited financial statements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. IFRS. Diploma is a plus.
- Strong technical accounting background.
- At least five years general ledger accounting experience is required
- Strong Excel and database skills, Access experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player and have ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
- AX. financial application experience preferred
