Job Description
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical needs and provide them with initial solution
- Collaborate with sales and technical departments to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address the customer needs
- Support sales by securing the technical close, reviewing quotation and customer usage estimation
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales & technical departments
- Prepare initial design for the environment
- Partner with Forte Cloud technical team to deliver technical architecture, solution, sizing, and full customer requirements to ensure smooth and successful project implementation
- Work with AWS team on the proposals, architecture and proof of concept
- Follow up with customers during the project implementation to ensure their satisfaction
- Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS
- Follow up on AWS new services and new proposed solutions
- Work with other teams in providing documentation and case studies for AWS different programs
Job Requirements
- BSc in computer science or engineering or another related field
- Experience as Presales is a must
- Experience in AWS services
- Significant design/implementation/consulting experience within the cloud industry
- Significant experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking
- Very good PowerPoint and draw.io design skills
- AWS certification for the associate and professional level
- Fluent English speaker
- Outstanding presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
- Strong written communication skills
- High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi-tasks at a time
