Job Description
- Responsible for mechanical maintenance and repairing CNC machine tools (lathe & Machining Center) Fanuc & Siemens Control systems
- Troubleshooting of breakdowns and failures
- Conduct periodic and preventive maintenance checks, plan equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, identify faults, investigate equipment breakdowns and monitor the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out.
- Develop & perform maintenance process, in accordance with the special equipment and machines manufacturer guidelines and issue clear work instructions to the technicians
- Implement quality systemIATF16949 requirements, and achieve quality objectives for maintenance-performance indicators as well as the specific maintenance requirements of the customers
- Monitor, record and achieve maintenance KPIs
- Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop permanent solutions and cascade corrective actions to other applicable machines.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as maintenance Engineer "3-5" years
- Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Power)
- Males only
- BSc is mandatory
- Proven experience in diagnostic of machines failures
- Proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting
- Certified Maintenance management courses will be an advantage
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication with other departments and interpersonal skills
- Handling SIS/ SAP/MS office
- Cranes maintenance technicians/drill/CAT equipment
