Job Description
Routine tasks:
- Doing routine inspections of Lines as per GMP, 5S,
- Doing GMP inductions for newly hired,
- Doing monthly reports for GMP,
- Follow up on CAPA, advise with solutions if needed,
- Update materials as per the updates happened globally and as per the industry knowledge,
- Follow the training plan and giving the needed-on job training, coaching,
- Filling, monitoring and approving new chemicals as per the chemical control procedure,
- Following up with samples request,
- Part of the internal audit team,
- Registration of complaints on system and follow up CAPA with the concerned departments.
Authorities:
- Have the ability to stop shipments if there is a clear issue with the product safety,
- Giving direct penalty to improper actions after discussion with QA manager/deputy,
- Rejection of chemicals request if new chemicals are not compatible with the chemical control requirement.
Job Requirements
Technical knowledge:
Bachelor of science specialized in chemistry or agriculture specialized in Food processing, chemistry
Experience: 0 - 1 years
Courses: Awareness about HACCP, PRP’s, food safety standards
Computer skills: Well-knowledge with PowerPoint – Excel
Language skills: from Good to v.good in English (writing – speaking and conversation)
Soft skills:
- Active and like to do self- learning.
- Communicator and well presenter.
- Problem solver.
- Knows how to do and set priorities.
