Job Description
- Design, build, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions with other systems
- Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan.
- Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects.
- Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM .
- Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.
- Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.
- Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
- Deliver presentations toall levels of management.
- Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
- Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional requirements design, training, etc.
- Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Of Engineering ,, MIS ,,, Computer science is Highly Preferred.
- Exp 1:3 years of experience in solutioning, delivery or support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM/ERP business applications for medium-large enterprises
- Experience across functional/technical aspects of Dynamics 365 online and on-premise version is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Good written and communication skills.
