Job Description
- Participate in and implement territory planning, through Targeting and Segmentation in his territory to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and Medical Centers.
- You'll lead the integration of all sales and marketing activities with the utilization of multiple sources into the assigned area .
- Prime Objective will be to ensure the achievement of sales Targets in line with the best practice and undergoing CliniDo policies and procedures:
- Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base to provide lobby of loyal customers.
- Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis.
- Outdoor appointments with customer.
- Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based health-care staff
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Negotiating contracts
- Demonstrating or presenting products to health-care staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
- You will be accountable for the achievements of different Sales KPIs including number of visits.
- Achieving high standard quality of visits.
- Maintaining required sales targets.
- Achieving market growth and others.
- Taking responsibility for KPIs development and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Vet graduate.
- Presentable
- Previous experience is a must for at least one year
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 6th of October and Giza Residents are perferable.
