Job Description

  1. Preparing  dates and chocolate doughs based on requests received from  the sales department  on a daily basis.
  2. Develop production and create new products every few months.
  3. Print the production and expiry date on each dough he does 
  4. Follow good preservation standards for products, and ensure that food is preserved at the correct temperatures.
  5. Monitoring and follow-up  of workers to ensure the quality of products.
  6. Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
  7. Writing the quantities of materials received and leaving the kitchen and the materials that have been produced.
  8. Operation and maintenance of all department equipment and report any problem with misoperation.
  9. Check the dates of all constantly stored food.
  10. Maintain personal hygiene and general hygiene to be an example for all workers inside and outside the work environment.

Job Requirements

  1. Securing the daily production needs  of manufactured materials. 
  2. Reaching the highest possible quality.
