Job Description
- Plan and execute content plan and content calendars for short and long term on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) in English and Arabic language. With editorial and photographic content that appeal to our audience persona, attract customers, and boost our brand awareness.
- Account Moderation: Generate and publish creative daily content, and moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create social media calendars and schedules.
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as social media posts, website content, blog articles, notifications content, SMS campaigns content, email marketing, videos ideas and other kinds of content or copy pieces.
- Develop related content for multiple platforms and boost our brand awareness.
- Research and monitor the activity of other competitors.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics to create an engaging community.
- Coordinate with the graphic designers in brainstorming the concepts for the designs on social media posts.
- Identify trends in the industry.
- Always up to date into what’s new in the market and social media.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Time-management skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels.
- Good command of English.
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
- Creative and up to date on social media platforms.
- 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a social media marketing, digital media specialist, content creator, or similar positions.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and approaches.
