Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing products and providing tailored solutions for their needs.
- Design and prepare solutions that align with client requirements, utilizing company products.
- Negotiate proposals effectively with clients to close deals successfully.
- Oversee sales transactions and projects from origination through closure, ensuring smooth execution and collection.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, managing all sales and design processes until contracts are finalized.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to the overall plan through regular reporting.
- Support the implementation of company marketing campaigns and events, and follow up on their outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Technical department in preparing proposals and pricing offers for clients.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or other Bachelor Degree.
Experience:
- 0-5 years of experience in sales, design, or a related role within the kitchen, interior design, or construction industry.
- Experience with kitchen design or similar product lines is a strong advantage
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, CARAT, Sketch up, Cut List, MS Office, or similar tools.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting design solutions.
- Project management skills to oversee sales transactions and ensure timely execution.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Technical department to prepare proposals and pricing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and follow up on sales cycles.
- Marketing awareness to assist in implementing campaigns and events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
