Lead Implementation activities at customer's site.
Responsible for defining and executing the delivery and implementation plans
Provide on-site training on software as required.
Assist in executing pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals
Utilize SQL to query databases for troubleshooting testing scenarios
Refers major software problems to development department for correction.
Investigate and resolve data entry issues and provide support and troubleshooting for multiple applications.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferable.
Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience with developing analyses between business processes and Software Applications
Experience with deploying different applications on various application servers.
Experience with SQL.
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge in HMS is a plus.
Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
Excellent communication skills.
Good command of English
