What you'll do at Webhelp

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

  • Analyze customer requests and expectations and respond to them based on their needs and circumstances
  • Use and master the tools and procedures provided by Qonto to deliver a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on problem solving in each of your interactions
  • Manage multichannel interactions (voice, back-office and chat) on different lines (Customer Service, Integration)
  • Help create a brand engagement for Qonto
  • Promote positive results within your team as well as a memorable customer experience
  • Receive and bring feedback openly to your team
  • Follow the company's communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Level/Proficient Italian
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Good upselling skills and capacity to engage with customers by providing a warm and cordial atmosphere with every contact
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
