Job Description
- Studying project drawings, BOQs & Docs.
- Organize work flow according to project plan.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure work compatibility with drawings & standards.
- Review & coordinate MEP designs with Arch. Designs.
- Prepare quantity survey from site for contractors Bill of Progress. • Request purchasing orders • Manage material submission before installation.
- Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
- Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting the construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
- Substantially interface with architects, engineers, contractors, municipal officials, and all others necessary for the implementation of the required design and construction
- Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Maintains project data base and completes backups.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
- 1-4 years of experience in shop drawing - design - quantity surveys.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D, and Microsoft (Word, Excel … ) is a must
- Excellent English language.
