Job Description
- You will be required to use 2D concept art along with inspo images to create and Rig 3D models of characters, props, and environments.
- Create the look/feel of 3D assets ranging from hard surface structures to organic foliage
- Work with various materials from hand-painted to premade textures
- Work on lighting for various environments
Job Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Must be able to Model and Rig 3D characters
- Must be able to create everything from characters to props and environments
- Must be able to animate 3D models in clean loops and transitions from one animation to another
- The ability to work within the technical constraints and polycounts of the game
- Understand 2D concept art and realize the team's vision in a 3D world
Must have
- A portfolio including 3D-modeled characters and environments
- A work machine that can handle the modeling and rendering workload
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
- An understanding of lighting and how it interacts with textures
Pluses
- Experience working within the Unity game engine
- Experience working on animated shorts
- Experience working on other games
