Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our brands/services.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers.
- Answer questions about our brands/services or our company, make sure they got full info and resolve customer’s issues.
- Enter and update all needed customer’s information in the database.
- Booking appointments for the drive tests if needed.
- Follow up on the customers’ till complete the reservations and generate sales leads.
- Advise current and prospective customers through phone calls.
- Influence customers to buy or retain product/service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain operations by following company policies and procedures.
- Prepare weekly/monthly report for calls based upon request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Flexible character, organized, proactive, with good time management skills
- Ability to interact well with different types of customers
- Very good in English language Spoken and written.
- Proven sales and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
- Experience in using any CRM systems is preferable
