Job Description

  • Set Unit strategy and objectives to ensure that it supports the achievement of organizational objectives 
  •  Guide the Section towards its strategic objectives and report to management on initiatives as per the annual plan 
  •  Develop operational plans/initiatives to implement agreed strategies/objectives/policies, ensuring that resources are in place to enable meeting the aforementioned 
  •  Provide input to management on performance of quality management initiatives across the organization through the submittal of detailed reports and analysis  
  •  Review QMS templates update needs and provide recommendations as necessary 

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage company-wide documentation to ensure standardization of TMG policies, processes, and business forms taking into consideration the established quality standards and best practices  
  • Define and update Key Performance indicators (KPI’s), service level agreements and records for processes based on best practices to measure performance of operations in coordination with Process Improvement section . 
  •  Analyze internal and external Quality Audit results or and process performance measurements to discover areas of improvement 
  • Plan, prioritize, and monitor implementation of process improvement initiatives in coordination with process owners and activity managers as per business priorities and in line with Quality objectives to enhance the QMS on a continual basis 
  •  Identify and implement improvement initiatives based on analysis of satisfaction survey results to enhance customer satisfaction / Compliant Survey .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Computer Science, or any relevant field
  • Minimum 8 year of experience in quality and process management
  • Customer centricity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent MS Office & Visio skills
  • Quality certification (Six Sigma) is a plus
