Treasury Section Head

Accountabilities:

• Prepare the cash flow monthly forecast (In-flow & out-flow) to report regarding any budget deviation.
• Send the banks debit & credit balance report & cash deposit report daily to direct manager to take needed decision.
• Review daily banks movements to ensure of all transactions in our accounts are effectively executed.
• Analyze & categorize all transactions in bank accounts (in-flow or out-flow) to be sent to concerned parties.
• Analysis & prepare cash flow report comparing Actual, forecast, budget and previous year to find any deviations.
• Ensure daily operations by treasury team are done as per department policy.
• Ensure banking fees (interest, charges, commission LG'S & LC'S) are according to bank agreements to save company rights.
• Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
• Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.

People Management Responsibilities:

• Perform all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives.
• Ensure developing second and third line within department to ensure readiness of successors.
• Ensure clear job objectives and challenging targets are created and delivered to each employee.
• Deliver appropriate frequent feedback and coach the team frequently.
• Ensure the distribution of the workload properly to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
• Appropriate compensation and rewards, motivates and recognizes top performance based on actual performance and compliance with the company business conduct standards.
