Job Description

Three company specialized in e-commerce and works in several fields and with many suppliers, so it needs a Coordinator to be responsible for Coworkers activities related to products.

  • Conduct market research on all similar products prices, competition, locations and pro-motions.
  • Work on the website content (product titles, description, Meta tags, …etc.)
  • Managing inventory lists, Product prices and SKUs
  • Work with co-workers to collect contents to use for each product offering.
  • Analyze competition on a daily basis in order to respond and adapt immediately.
  • Provide detailed reporting on product trends and align with procurement to supply the potential products based on the cost-benefit-analysis.
  • Handle daily operational activities and requests from multiple business and marketing units.
  • Propose and advise online promotions whereby set objectives are achieved precisely.
  • Following up on inventory and adjusting plans based on products availability
  • Creating a summary for each new product that contains the most important product features 

Job Requirements

We are looking for:

  • Understanding of key Ecommerce metrics & tools to trade with & experience pulling data & creating reports from a range of reporting tools.
  • Experience of working within a retail/fast paced business.
  • A genuine passion for Technology & eCommerce.
  • Someone to act as a brand representative, working with various teams across design, marketing & content to ensure brand perception & essence are consistently communicated.

Skills:

  • Be highly organised & process driven, with amazing attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasker, able to manage workflow & meet deadlines.
  • A natural problem solver, with a ‘can-do’ attitude & not be afraid of a challenge – having a solution focused attitude.
  • Have a strong UX customer focus, understanding customer needs, behaviours & experiences.
  • good in read and write English
