Job Description
- Arranging purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order-to-order materials, goods, and supplies
- Managing any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request for Proposals)
- Negotiating and choosing with different suppliers
- Ensuring that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Interacting with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis
- Produce and maintain all needed reports.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in All Local Purchasing, preferred in furniture companies
- Good in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (SAP is a plus)
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Good negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
