Job Description

  • Arranging purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order-to-order materials, goods, and supplies
  • Managing any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request for Proposals)
  • Negotiating and choosing with different suppliers 
  • Ensuring that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
  • Interacting with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis
  •  Produce and maintain all needed reports.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in All Local Purchasing,  preferred in furniture companies
  • Good in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (SAP is a plus)
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
