Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience (medical insurance sales experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills & ability to influence through proven sales experience
- Strong ability to work and adapt to a target driven environment
- Maintain high level of professionalism and organisation
- Customer focused & capable of building strong relationships with clients
- Quick learner and always improving insurance product knowledge
- Good command of English language (written & spoken)
Skills we are looking for:
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Medical Background is a plus
- Familiarity with Excel
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
