Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. They should create and execute communications strategies to promote our products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all interactions on both offline and online channels
- Gather customer feedback to inform the product team
- Represent Pencilight, promote our products and interact with people during marketing/PR events
- Monitor news and media presence
- Communicate and serve as a liaison with distributors, agencies, and others as necessary
- Create relevant reports on marketing programs, including post-event reports, regular status reports, and analysis
- Coordinate the design of promotional communications that may include print, digital, and other collateral to implement marketing objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, mass communication, marketing or any related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer relationship management role or call center or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google or MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
