Job Description
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Manage the implementation process for one of company international certificates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and executive reviews.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
- Support the management team with ad hoc administrative projects and tasks.
- Monitor and manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Willingness to work on-site (office-based arrangement).
