Job Description
- Meeting with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the project.
- Traveling to job sites to gather information on materials, labor, and other factors.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects.
- Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates.
- Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.
- Using computer software to calculate cost estimates.
- Preparing and presenting cost reports for clients.
- Reviewing expenditure statements during all phases of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business admin.
- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Customer oriented and with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Experience in offset printing estimation is an asset
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office application especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye to detail
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Good English communication
