Job Description
- The business analyst is responsible for analyzing system requirements and address any relevant problems and perform standard designs and provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security,
- As well as support business strategies and goals by identifying and communicating business needs and translate business requirements into technical system requirements and functional specifications.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages stakeholders’ requirements analysis and verification.
- Clearly articulates and documents stakeholders’ requirements.
- Manages to design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Collaborate with the development team and communicate key insights and findings to them.
- Manages design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
- Monitor and discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
- Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues.
- Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies.
- Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems.
- Coordinates project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Requirements and Qualifications
Business Analysts must be innovative in identifying, proposing, prototyping, documenting, and overseeing the execution of software solutions, in addition to: - Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of information technology and business concepts.
- Be able to build collaborative relationships and negotiate requirements across multiple groups.
- Familiarity with general business functions.
- Good facilitator with the ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment with a process approach.
- Analytical and attention to detail, Strong capability of business understanding, Proficient in business process modeling.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4-7 years of experience in computer-based information systems with wide knowledge and experience in implementing ERP/GRP and custom systems.
- Broad IT domain experience in Applications Development, Quality Assurance, and Application Maintenance and Support.
- Enterprise Architecture, and Project Management experience is preferred.
- Experience in case tools and analysis documentation tools is important.
- Experience in using different analysis techniques.
- Team leading capabilities.
- Requires excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Requires knowledge of systems requirements and technologies.
- Critical thinking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to negotiate, facilitate meetings, and Collaboration.
- Requires knowledge of business operations, systems requirements, and IT processes and technologies.
- Ability to multi-task (i.e., managing multiple projects), strong time management skills, action-oriented leadership and escalate issues appropriately.
