Job Description

  • Determine appropriate legal terms & conditions for contracts and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures concerning real state
  • Coordinating with the sales operations in revising the contracts.
  • Handling clients' legal inquiries.
  • Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts, etc.
  • Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues.
  • Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Dealing with registration documentation, issues, and disputes.
  • Open internal investigations and recommended disciplinary action.
  • Advise the Project Manager / Contract Manager of the company on aspects of Project execution that deviate from contract requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law
  • Experience 5+  years in real estate development field is a MUST
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Registered Lawyer in the syndicate Exposure to Court Processes & Successful track of records.Ability to develop & amend various contract types Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill.Advocacy in primary, civil and criminal courts. of contracts.Recorded in the Egyptian Lawyers
