Job Description
- Handle the daily and operational tasks for Genesys pure engage contact center.
- Do daily proactive maintenance to the contact center components to avoid any services outages
- Handle the daily and operational tasks for Verint Workforce Engagement
Job Requirements
- Working as system engineer in a contact center environment for minimum of 3+ years
- General work experience in the Contact center/IPT field for minimum of 5+ years
- Genesys Pure Engage Contact center system experience including (Configuration Server, SIP Server, MCP, GVP, Reporting, Recording)
- Linux experience5- Active Directory and LDAP experience
- Good knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power BI
- Verint Workforce Engagement experience is preferred
