Job Description

  •  Manage the Recruitment process for different projects as assigned.
  • To Assist in collecting the Variable benefits calculations and make sure that the Time sheets are closely monitored.
  • We want to see a committed and approachable individual and to be impressed with your character and skills.
  • The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers within area of specialty.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues as per the policies.
  • Working on labor law & Social Insurance with the SI Consultant.
  • Provide weekly and Monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Bachelor Degree in Business administration or relevant field.
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent English is a MUST
