Job Description
- Manage the Recruitment process for different projects as assigned.
- To Assist in collecting the Variable benefits calculations and make sure that the Time sheets are closely monitored.

- The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers within area of specialty.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues as per the policies.
- Working on labor law & Social Insurance with the SI Consultant.
- Provide weekly and Monthly reports.

Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Bachelor Degree in Business administration or relevant field.
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent English is a MUST
