We’re looking for the calibers who are with passion about the digital marketing industry, standing with high sales challenges and self-motivated to overachieve the sales target, Outstanding abilities for customer relationship management and enhancement.
The right candidate should have exceptional communication skills and effective listening skills. S/He should be able to understand our clients’ needs and to deliver the right digital marketing solutions that meet clients’ budgets, target audience, and any other relevant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting the needed survey and research to identify potential clients and the linked services and solutions to their needs.
- Contacting the key persons by clients and conducting sales meetings to recognize clients’ needs, offer and demonstrate services and solutions.
- Close deals with win-win spirit and achieving high customer satisfaction level and gaining client’s trust.
- Supporting the company sales lead by achieving the sales target, gaining new clients, and enhancing the competitive advantages.
- Maintaining the client relationship throughout the services delivery.
- Update the sales reports and records periodically. Providing sales plans and proposals to sales managers monthly.
- Attending sales team meetings and contact with the sales manager and keeping him updated.
- Support customer care team, Account managers, and Digital team in handling clients’ issues
Job Requirements
- Age up to 29 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3- 5 years’ work experience as a sales representative (outdoor) in Digital marketing is a must.
- Very good at English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to work indoor and outdoor.
- Good user of MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and present solutions.
- Detailed-oriented, excellent planning and time management abilities.
- Community work experience is preferred.
