Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Prospecting and converting leads and opportunities to sales orders
  • Managing the sales cycle and building client relationships
  • Determine all customer needs, business goals and objectives
  • Matching company solutions to client needs
  • Providing functional demonstrations to clients
  • Prepare and provide documented responses to RFIs and RFQs
  • Closing sales by persuading the customer through standard proposals and demonstrations of our solution
  • Working side by side with implementation and after sales team
  • Ability to create forecasting, market research, SWOT analysis, Marketing Plan, opportunity analysis.
  • Measuring and delivering marketing performance.

Job Requirements

  • ERP sales experience more than 3 years
  • Bachelor degree (preferred in Engineering)
  • Speaking fluently English
  • Business, Marketing, IT, Manufacturing, and Management knowledge
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized.
  • Able to work in a startup fast paced environment
  • Insatiable curiosity to solve clients’ business problems
  • Understanding the Open Source model
  • Have Communication, Presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Very good team work player
