Job Description
- Conduct Regular Site Visits with the Engineer and the Client.
- Coordinate the Site Works between the internal Partners.
- Coordinate the Site Works with the Civil Contractors in terms of Access to Rooms in Stations and Tunnels.
- Stay aware of the Civil Works progress and be engaged with contractors on site.
- Prepare reports on Civil Works progress and Status of Works.
- Prepare handing over checklists and conditions.
- Liaise with the interface and integration teams on details regarding the openings and interfaces with civil contractors.
- Maintain good relations and communication channels with the Internal Partners and External Parties.
- Prepare Reports on the status of handing over and variances.
- Track the handing over punch list and missing items.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in project management in Rail/Construction field.
- Good knowledge of SPC methodologies and tools, including control charts, process capability analysis, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience in implementing and managing quality improvement initiatives in manufacturing or production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
