Job Description
- Support instructors and students with educational applications at the platforms.
- Creating a username and password for applicants on different platforms, taking calls of instructors and students to help with their inquiries about using the online applications and platforms.
- Uploading sheets and giving short training for educators, if needed, on how to use online platforms.
- Providing support for learning management system
- Deploying and hosting educational software on school or cloud servers
- Logging the queries of customers and employees.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1 - 5 years of experience is preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
